Indonesia Power Maintenance Service (IPMS) has successfully completed a comprehensive turbine overhaul project at the Suralaya Power Plant in Banten. The project, which lasted three months, involved complete disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of the 600MW turbine unit.

"This project showcases our technical expertise and commitment to maintaining Indonesia's critical power infrastructure," said our Chief Technical Officer. "Our team worked around the clock to ensure minimal downtime while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards."

The overhaul included precision balancing, blade inspection and replacement, bearing refurbishment, and comprehensive testing to ensure optimal performance. The turbine is now expected to operate efficiently for another 5-7 years before requiring major maintenance.
